Dear Parents, Carers and Students,

Please find attached a letter with information about CMA's July Showcase, Around the world with CMA on 7 July 2026.

We have an extended Saturday rehearsal (4/7) and a rehearsal on the day of the concert (Tuesday 7/7). These rehearsals are the only opportunity for many of the ensembles and partner organisations to collaborate prior to the performance, so attendance at both is essential. If you are unable to make the performance please let us know ASAP via this online form.

Students will need to be released early from school on 7 July to attend the rehearsal. This is a mandatory rehearsal for anyone taking part. We will not be able to include students in the evening performance if they do not attend the full rehearsal. A letter for headteachers is attached below to request an authorised absence from your child’s school. Please check the rehearsal schedule to see how early they will need to leave school that day.
