What is Young Leaders?

Young Leaders is a group of creatives and changemakers aged 13 – 18. This group works together to produce and programme their own arts events for other young people in Croydon, past events including Croydon S.P.E.A.K.S and C3 Live in 2022. Young Leaders is a space to develop leadership skills through public speaking, programming and organising events whilst also gaining accredited digital badges in producing, marketing and events management to add to your CV.

Spaces are available to join Young Leaders and volunteer as part of the CR Talent Youth Festival on Thursday 13th July. You can volunteer in roles such as:

• Advertising and Marketing

• Event management and Hosting

• A Young Producer
